The ultramodern dynamically lit fountain was installed instead of the old one

  • The city’s and region’s main cultural facility – the Culture Palace “Peoples Friendship” – reopened in Cherkassy after the reconstruction
  • The reopening of the reconstructed Culture Palace was organized on occasion of the 50th anniversary of “Azot” breaking ground
