Dmitry Firtash Increases Volume of Investments into the Economy of Ukraine
During the current year, Dmitry Firtash’s Group of Companies Group DF has being increasing the volume of investments in the real sector of Ukraine’s economy.In 2016, Group DF has increased the volume of investments in the Nika Tera Specialized Seaport LLC, which is a part of Dmitry Firtash’s group of companies. Additional funding will contribute to the development of port infrastructure. Investments in the seaport will increase the level of loading operations mechanization and offer the potential to put the new mooring into operation.
This year, Group DF will allocate UAH 172 million for the purchase of unique cranes and machines for cargo transshipment.
“We have to be prepared for an increase in turnover, that’s why the equipment purchased in advance will ensure transshipment with greater productivity", said Alexandr Haydu, Сhairman of Nika-Tera LLC.
Thus, Dmitry Firtash continues construction of a modern port. Since 2011, UAH 1.168 billion were invested to Nika-Tera in total, of which UAH 235.7 million were invested in 2015..
