Group DF Statement

Group DF confirms the information that the owner of Group DF Dmitry Firtash was arrested in Vienna.

As we know, actions of the Austrian law enforcement bodies are not related neither to the situation in Ukraine, nor to the activities of the Group in Europe and the USA. They are related to the investment project dated 2006.

We believe that the incident was a misunderstanding and will be resolved in the nearest future.

The Group will provide further information as it becomes available.
