In 2013, Rivneazot, part of OSTCHEM owned by Dmitry Firtash, allocated over UAH 20 million to social projects. Under the Preserve Your City program initiated by the Chairman of the Group DF Supervisory Council Dmitry Firtash, Rivneazot provided charitable assistance to forty institutions and organizations in the region in 2013

In 2013, Nika Tera Specialized Seaport, being part of OSTCHEM, fully completed its obligations under the social partnership contract with Mykolayiv City Authorities and Regional State Administration. This was stated by Oleksandr Gaidu, Chairman of Nika Tera. Under the program ‘Preserve Your City” initiated by the Chairman of Group DF Dmitry Firtash

In 2013, Group DF invested about UAH 150 million in development of Crimean Soda Plant, the largest manufacturer of soda ash and baking soda in Ukraine. This enabled implementation of strategically important investment projects aimed at development of Crimean Soda Plant’s own raw material base, launch of new types of products, and an increase in energy efficiency

The developments unfolding in Ukraine today make it impossible for me – as a citizen and a businessman with many thousands of people employed by Group DF behind me – to stand by and remain silent. I am calling upon all parties to find a compromise by continuing negotiations yielding real results

The winners of the international folklore-ethnographic festival “Malanka-Fest 2014” were determined in Chernivtsi. The carnival was attended by about 42 troupes counting over 1,500 performers from all over Ukraine, Moldova and Romania. Thanks to the FIRTASH Foundation erectors Dmitry and Lada Firtash the prize fund of the festival totaled in 100 thousand UAH

Chernivtsi hosted traditional festival ‘Malanka-fest’ marking national Ukrainian holiday Malanka. This year the carnival has acquired the status of international festival. Thus, the celebration was attended by troupes from three countries. Bukovyna Malanka is an authentic national carnival, which is worth of receiving status of UNESCO world cultural heritage

Chernivtsi are preparing for the national Ukrainian holiday Malanka which is traditionally commemorated by carnival – day festival "Malanka-fest 2014" will be held in the capital of Bukovyna on the 15^th of January. For the second time the festival will be organized by the charity fund of Lada and Dmitry Firtash FIRTASH Foundation

Concern, being part of Dmitry Firtash’s Group DF, repaired one more tram for Gorlovka tram depot. Refurbished vehicle is already on the track. Major repair due to which the tram started operating was made for funds of the enterprise. All ongoing social initiatives have being undertaken as part of the Preserve Your City program initiated by Mr. Dmitry Firtash
